Clinic Owner, Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Shannon Paul

Dr. Paul is a 1997 graduate of Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has been in the Whistler-Pemberton area for 19 years and loves the family chiropractic practice she has developed.  She has been the owner of Pemberton Valley Wellness since 2008, and feels blessed to live in Pemberton.  When she isn’t at the office, you may catch Dr. Paul out with her husband and daughter having fun, running, skiing Blackcomb, hitting the mountain bike trails or maybe even waterskiing on Gates Lake!

Dr. Paul takes a particular interest in pediatrics and pregnancy. Educating the community about the importance of chiropractic for children is one of Dr. Paul’s many goals. Ensuring that children have a healthy, mobile spine is essential for proper growth and development; it is as important as seeing the dentist and the eye doctor. Problems can be detected and corrected before they become a serious problem.

Chiropractic is safe and effective for people of all ages!

Registered Massage Therapist
R.m.t.

Stephanie Lillico

Stephanie's path and passion for health and wellness began in Ottawa, where she studied Massage and Nutrition before moving to Nelson, BC to further her skills in a spa setting. Her treatment style is quite diverse, and she prides herself on being able to customize her treatment to suit each patient's needs.  Stephanie combines many different techniques including, but not limited to, myofascial therapy, neuro-muscular therapy, positional release, visceral work, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, range of motion exercises, and active and passive stretching.

Stephanie is very adamant about involving her clients in the treatment process through education about lifestyle, posture, and teaching home care exercises such as stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy.

DOCTOR OF NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE

Dr. Jen Cham

Dr. Cham is a naturopathic family and sports medicine physician. She began her health career as a registered nurse, working in acute and critical care, IV therapy, PICC teams, immunization programs, and education, in various hospitals in the Vancouver Coastal and Interior Health Authorities. She served as a clinical instructor with the University of British Columbia School of Nursing for 9 years. After completing her ND, Dr. Cham pursued post-graduate training in prolotherapy and PRP, pharmaceutical prescribing, neural therapy, and intravenous nutritional therapy. She is the only ND certified as a member of the Canadian Vascular Access Association, and is experienced in ultrasound-guided injection.

Dr. Cham's passion for human performance grew as a player on the UBC Thunderbirds, and as an affiliate member of the Vancouver Griffins NWHL women's hockey teams. She maintains her commitment to the growth of women's hockey as a member of the UBC Thunderbirds Women's Hockey Alumni Executive. As a result of a hockey injury to her rotator cuff, Dr. Cham was treated with PRP while doing specialized training with the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine. This treatment enabled her to return to full athletic participation, fuelling her desire to excel in prolotherapy and PRP for treatment of athletic injuries.

ESTHETICIAN
(EMINENCE ORGANIC SKIN CARE)

Lindy

Lindy has been working in the health and wellness industry since 2006, when she began working as an Esthetician in Vancouver. City living wasn’t for her, and she moved on a whim to beautiful Pemberton. Over a decade later, no place has ever felt more like home than this magical valley. Lindy is currently a full time stay-at-home-mom to two busy little boys, a job which bring more happiness, surprises, and chaos than she could ever have expected. Coming to work in a peaceful clinic is just the right balance for her busy life.

Lindy is looking forward to taking clients for customized Eminence facials, where she will treat and care for not only her clients’ skin, but also their well-being.
